Mishkenot Sha’ananim serves as a venue for art and culture in the spirit of dialog, co-operation and pluralism and also acts as a guesthouse that is popular with for artists and writers. The building is steeped in history since 1860. Mishkenot Sha’ananim houses the Jerusalem Music Center (JMC), an independent, non-profit organization that offers top-notch concerts and facilitates enrichment programs dedicated to nurturing emerging Israeli talent.
