Jerusalem Arts Festival

The Jerusalem Arts Festival is an annual extravaganza which showcases some of the most talented Israeli up and coming artists, singers, dancers and other performers. The festival includes “artistic morsels’’ each evening in the lobby of the Jerusalem Theater. In addition to paid ticket options, there will also be a range of events open to the general public free of charge.

A few highlights of the festival include   the play Hairspray (in English with Hebrew subtitles), a dance production of Cinderella, the Baroque opera "The Coronation of Poppaea", an evening of authentic Jewish and Arabic songs entitled "Between East and West", and a tribute to singer/musician Cat Stevens.  Additionally, every evening there are two free musical performances scheduled – one at 7:30-8:30pm, and another for for those who love the late evening, from 10:30pm-12:30am, representing various music genres.
