The Jerusalem Biblical Zoo (formally known as The Tisch Family Zoological Gardens) has Weekend Winter Tunes on Friday afternoons with live music and do-it-yourself elephant feedings, not to mention you get to peruse the entire zoo. During February, the music is Dixie, and during March, it's world music. Activities weather dependent.
