THE OFFICIAL JERUSALEM TRAVEL SITE

Formula 1 Jerusalem

Car lovers from around the world gather in Jerusalem annually to witness the thrill of powerful vehicles and first class drivers roaring along the race circuit in Jerusalem that allows for great vantage points for all.

The track begins at the First Station, continues along Remez Street, passes Liberty Bell Park, continues up King David Street, turns right onto Kariv Street, along Mamilla Boulevard and then by the Karta parking lot, next to Jaffa Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem, the route turns around and heads back to the starting point.

There was much to see throughout the two days of Formula 1 Jerusalem; Grand Prix drivers, amazing cars and motorcycle stuntmen. An Audi car from a La-Mans race, a Formula 3 car, a Formula Master car, a Formula 4 car, an American NASCAR car, a car from the Ferrari Challenge in Europe and more were on display throughout these two days. For around one week there is also an exhibit that displays the range of cars that are participating in the show: the Formula 1 Ferrari, the Formula 1 Scuderia, the most modern, innovative race cars in the world, stunt motorcycles, SUVs and more.

In 2013 Formula 1 made its historic Jerusalem debut, joining cities such as Moscow and New York that host Formula 1 annually. Watching some of the fastest cars in the world zoom by some of the world’s oldest sites is definitely a blast.
