Inspired by flamenco dance, Spanish artist Joan Miro sketched, drew, painted, and crafted collages in a variety of styles. The "Spanish Dancer" exhibit features fifteen of these works over the period of sixty years, between 1921-1981. The exhibit includes borrowed works from institutions worldwide.
On display at the Israel Museum, the exhibition is curated by the David Rockefeller Curator for the Stella Fischbach Department of Modern Art, Dr. Adina Kamien-Kazhdan.
