Situated in front of New Gate in the Notre Dame Center, which is popular with Christian pilgrims, La Rôtisserie is a great place for lunch, dinner, a drink, small gatherings and even large events. The restaurant is decorated in the distinctive Jerusalem stone with soft, atmospheric lighting and many special touches. All of the food prepared is overseen by Spanish chef, Rodrigo Gonzalez.
