Primavera

Primavera is an Italian dairy restaurant, opened inside the Leonardo Hotel by the famous award-winning chef, Shalom Kadosh. Although the restaurant is Italian, Kadosh is a big fan of French cuisine and the Japanese aesthetic. His main ingredients are fish and pasta, and he enjoys designing the dish, emphasizing freshness and the quality of the ingredients. Among the recommended dishes are the polenta with boiled egg, rosemary and Kalamata-olive tapenade; the Israeli salad with pickled sea-fish in fresh lemon juice, olive oil and yogurt; the tortellini ricotta and leek in pea cream, green soy beans, garlic oil and parmesan cheese; and the red tuna burger with grilled vegetables and wasabi.
