Sofia Restaurant – The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

Sofia restaurant is located on the lobby floor of the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel overlooking the greenery of Liberty Bell Park, the walls of the Old City, church spires and the Montefiore windmill in Yemin Moshe.

A kosher dairy restaurant, Sofia is inspired by the Italian kitchen but places an emphasis on cooking with fresh local ingredients. The restaurant specializes in gourmet variations of fresh fish, pastas, vegetables and home-baked bread. The food is creative, exact and light and aims to satiate guests while keeping in line with healthy eating.
