About Shalom Hotel

Shalom Hotel Jerusalem is a bit out of the way for guests whose primary goal is to tour the Old City. It is located in the Bayit Vagan neighborhood, not far from the Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center, Mt. Herzl and the Yad Vashem Holocaust museum. The massive Malcha Mall is only a few minutes away, as is the Biblical Zoo and the Jerusalem Botanical Gardens. All 287 rooms and suites have undergone extensive renovation and are outfitted with cable TV, a hair dryer and orthopedic beds. Rooms on the upper floors of the high-rise building also afford nice panoramic views of the city. Complimentary breakfast is served in the hotel’s dining hall, which can seat up to 500 people.
