I stayed here with my family over the sukkot holiday for a two week period. The location can't be beat. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, groceries, bakeries etc. Machane Yehudah is a 7 min walk. Ben Yehuda is across the street. It's about a 30 min walk to the kotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which accommodates 2 adults and 2 children very well. The couch is supposed to be the option if there are more children but it didn't seem very comfortable to sleep on. The staff was very accommodating and enlarged our table and chairs for when I had additional company as well arranged my transportation to and from the airport. Our biggest issue was the wifi signal which was non-existent in the upstairs bedrooms and marginal at best on the first floor. This was an issue for me because my husband need to work in the evenings and found it difficult. Otherwise, our stay was memorable and I would stay here again if the wifi issue was resolved.

The Hotel is well place in Central Jerusalem and walking distance to all Religious sites and downtown. The view from the hotel is stunning and one can see the Holy sites and it is spectacular to view the city at night being one of the tallest building in the city

Great location and view

A unique way to stay in Jerusalem, esp. if you are a family or odd number of travelers. Hotel is actually located on the 21st Floor of an office building and consists of suites, two stories each. So traditional lobby is not what you walk into. Proceed to elevator according to the instructions you receive before your arrival. Friendly Staff is in the office and you get to your suite. Since we were 3, a 1 bedroom suite accommodated perfectly with a sofa bed on first floor and king bed in bedroom upstairs with the bath. Full kitchen available altho we did not need. Contemporary design. A few items in slight disrepair (shade pull, loose toilet seat) but brought to staff attention and it was dealt with right away. Very clean and contemporary design. Totally reasonable rates. Walking distance to the Old City, Machne Yehuda market and Ben Yehuda shopping district. Would stay here again.

Agree with what has been said before. Great suites, very friendly and helpfulf staff, nice breakfast options and great location. Stayed here for three nights for a work trip and the extra space a suite gives you was very appreciated at a very reasonable price.

Unbelievable!

Like some of the other reviewers have said, don't let the look of the building deter you. This place is run by a really nice family who have renovated the entire top floor (21st) and turned them all into suites. We stayed in the presidential suite with our two children. We all loved it. It was beautiful, stylish and spacious. It had 2 floors! We are staying in another hotel now for a similar price and are getting a quarter of the space. The location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to the Machane Yehuda market with all the delicious food and 15 minutes to the old city. And of course, the view is spectacular! Just note that it is a religious hotel, so no check-in or check-out on Saturdays. The hotel does not have parking, but you can call them before hand and he will email you a list of nearby parking garages.
