The hotel is perfectly located - central and within walking distance of Old City, Mahane Yehuda market, pedestrian walkways, the train, etc. It is a bit strange how it is located on the top floor of an office building but there is always someone at the front desk of the building so I always felt safe. The rooms are huge and the views are great. Very clean. The staff was really helpful when my flight got cancelled, arranged a ride for me to the airport during Shabbat, and let me hang out in an unoccupied suite for an hour while I waited for my taxi since my flight didn't leave until 11pm but the city was closed down extra early on Friday before a holiday weekend. Staying at the 21st Floor Hotel is not the traditional hotel experience - it doesn't have a big lobby, restaurant, gift shop, etc. - but the accommodations are great and it is a special and unique place.

My family stayed at the 21st floor hotel & we loved it. The suites are spacious , comfortable and modern. We could see the whole city view from our room which was amazing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would like to give a big shout out to Danielle, Tahila and Tamir for their help throughout our stay. Beds were ccomfy and the kitchen was great. my kids loved the telescope that was in the room as you can see the whole city from the 21st floor. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We were minutes away from Jerusalem old city. Only comment is that the breakfast is not served in the hotel but they given you option to use 3 resturants close by, we did not mind that as we have different choices but most of them were menu not open buffet. On Shabat the breakfast is in the hotel and is a nice open buffet with very nice choices. Thank you so much Danielle, Tahila and Tamir for making our stay so wonderful.

First of all: we will definitely come back! Amazing and very large rooms (on 2 floors!). The view from our window over Jerusalem - including the old town - was fantastic! The bathroom included a hot tub, which was a very nice surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The only drawback would be that the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. There were some old stains on the couch and on the carpet and many surfaces were a bit dusty. Still, this is complaining on a very high level, so nothing of this was vital and, considering the spectacular room and location, our stay was still amazing.
