I rested and I'm grateful for that. The reception was really extraordinary, helpful, pleasantly speaking. Everyone was very nice. There is an extraordinary receptionist who is the most beautiful girl I have seen in Jerusalem, her name is Monia. Extremely naturally clean, pleasant overall speech, glowing eyes. I have never seen anything so beautiful in all of Jerusalem.

MoreThis was my 3rd stay at the Ambassador, on this trip I ended up being in quarantine here during the first stages of the coronavirus. Our tour was here for 8 days. The staff was friendly and kind to all of us. We were able to walk to the Old City of Jerusalem in 12 minutes easily since we couldn't ride the tour bus with less than 10 people. Skip the olive wood stores and go to Victor at the Ambassador Gift and Souvenir Shop just outside the front door. His prices are good and the quality is better.

MoreThis hotel is located far from restaurants and other attractions in Jerusalem. If you are worried about the dangers of Jerusalem, this is a safer place. If you want to experience Jerusalem, this is a long walk to the old city. You *can* walk, but it will take a bit. The food served at breakfast and dinner is ok; desserts are excellent. They serve food at the specified time and not a minute before. You cannot get a cup of coffee before the restaurant opens for breakfast. The rooms are decent, but the beds are hard and the blanket is too small for the bed. We stayed with a pilgrimage group and I am not sure this hotel accepts individuals or if it is group only.
