Only complaint would be the poor wifi! Great place to stay!

This hotel lives up to the high praise I had read about in advance. 10-minute walk to Damascus Gate. Great rooms that feel like they are recently renovated. Fantastic mattress and A/C. I slept a bit hot with the duvet, but that is typical to European hotels. Breakfast was awesome with a huge variety...

The hotel was renovated less than a month ago! Rooms are new and clean, well-furnished and have many facilities, TV, phone, Wifi, air conditioning, coffee and tea station. We booked two rooms, and each one was nicer that the other. Lobby looks like a museum, much to see there, breakfast room is very beautiful....

The hotel was renovated less than a month ago! Rooms are new and clean, well-furnished and have many facilities, TV, phone, Wifi, air conditioning, coffee and tea station. We booked two rooms, and each one was nicer that the other. Lobby looks like a museum, much to see there, breakfast room is very beautiful. Hotel is vintage and calm. 24 hours reception! Service is very fast and staff is really nice and helpful, they call taxis for you, give you directions and a map, tips on what to do in Jerusalem. They also give you information about the cheapest and easiest way to get to any destination in the country. Breakfast is diverse and really delicious, there is also eggs on site and The attached Azzahra Restaurant is really amazing; they serve Middle Eastern and European dishes, and the best Italian Pizza I've ever tasted on reasonable prices, hotel guests also get discount. The hotel is very near to the old city of Jerusalem (7-10 minutes walk), there are many stores in the area, it’s a safe area, streets are lit all night long. I will certainly come back
