This simple hotel is located in a bedroom neighborhood. It has free underground parking. Service from staff is very good. While we were there there was no breakfast service, but that was likely due to Covid. Rooms are simple and clean. All of them have updated bathroom/shower area. A standard room can accommodate for people comfortably, a fifth on a roll away, and even a crib if necessary for a total of six if you want to max out a room. There is a light rail station right across the street and in a few stops you could be anywhere a tourist would like to be within Jerusalem. We were there for a wedding and the rooftop ceremony setting was magnificent as was the accommodations for dining.

Mininmalistic Heating not working on a cold wintery night Not batteries in the TV remote No kettle/tea in room Flimsy bedding and towels On top of all that from midnight until 3 am - a large group of students tears the place apart and no one cares Bottom line - don't waste your money/ Find another place.

Could be so much better

This is the second time I have been here with a group and it is in fact an excellent for teenagers. For adults less so. It is perpetually noisy and the cleanliness is below average. Having said that, they do try to assist as much as possible and the food provided , although basic is fresh and plentiful. If you are looking for a relaxing experience then best to try somewhere else.
