We stayed on 3rd floor unit 31 and the unit we noticed had a broken toilet the button to flush was broken and was to be replaced the following day but in day 4, it still hasn't been fixed the washroom had the exhaust fan disconnected and the shower had visible mold the wall on the other side was leaking water from the shower and the ceiling was leaking from above making the bathroom unpleasant everyone showered every 2nd day because it was uninviting was not fixed and is not scheduled to be fixed anytime soon and wasn't renovated well. The room felt cramp but location to town was nice as it reduced the walking to a large hotel. They should get qualified workers to build correctly a shower that will last. We also have ants in our room and even though they sprayed they were back once again. This is the reason for the lower score.

I was looking for a nice, centrally located hotel--and found it!. The room was clean, comfortable and included a kitchenette. The staff was always accessible and eager to help. Most places are a short walk from the hotel, and tours will pick you up at the hotel. It was my first trip to Jerusalem and was pleased with my hotel selection.

We had 2 different rooms at City Center Apartments :one studio and one superior studio I found it a place of contradictions. One the one hand there are gels, soaps and disposable shower-cap in the bathrooms , sachets of tea, coffee & sugar near the kettle, room is serviced each day and towels are changed (although they are not exactly fluffy and sweet smelling), air-conditioning, 24 hour reception with pleasant staff, a computer/TV room. On the other hand it was more like an upmarket hostel. Curtains in one room completely filthy, fridges and microwaves in both room not cleaned, The fridge in our room made noises like a tea trolley being rolled in every hour and froze everything and it took 2 days for someone to come and stop the noise: the freezing continued. Having said that the location is fabulous and we managed to walk absolutely everywhere we needed to go in Jerusalem. So it may well be worth putting up with the other things. Considering the price for a central city hotel its logical that something has to give! One thing to note is that they have apartments in 2 different buildings, one round the corner from the other. We booked 2 rooms thinking they would be adjoining. So if you take more than one room find out where the rest of your party will be housed. The picture of Reception and the front of the building are not as pictured on this site.
