Cramim Hotel Resort & Spa

Had a great time vacationing in Cramim. Good food, good service, good massage, beautiful pools.... But the only thing that was VERY disappointing was the guard at the entrance. He stops each and every car. Takes down their information- name, number, car number, and checks if they are vaccinated. He is professional and very welcoming. This process takes at least 3 minutes per car. The guard was there when I checked in and when I checked out. He is an older sweet man, that was working in the blazing sun with NO SHADE!!! Now why I ask?!? This hotel has so much money, can't they put up a shaded area and a big fan for him? He has a small closed station that may or may not have an a/c. but he cant go in there since he is busy greeting the cars. If this the way Cramim wants to appear for guests arriving at your hotel??? Shame on them

We arrived in the first week after the latest COVID lockdown and we were worried the hotel wasn't back to full working capacity. Of course facilities such as jacuzzi, restaurants are still closed. The staff here fully made up for any inadequacies, by being genuinely friendly and efficient. All food was room service, however very tasty. All facilities such as gym and pool were excellent.
