We had a lot of avios airmiles, but it was always a poor deal to use them for flights, so we were very pleased to be able to use them for our stay at the Eldan in December. Its a small 'intimate' hotel a 15 min walk from the Old City, with good rooms and wide doublesingle comfy beds. Our room looked out onto trees at the back, which was a bit uninspiring despite asking for a room with a view, but we did check in quite late in the evening. The heating worked well. Buffet Breakfasts were very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable .

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and warm, the room was quiet . There was a good choice for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and the happy hour was a bonus. We would definitely come again, the location being close enough to the Old City and places of historical interest.

Good stay at Eldan Hotel

Good hotel, just a few minor problems (bed covers too short, washbasin occasionally not recharging). Staff is cooperative, room is very good. Close to city center (Mamilla is close to the tower of David)

Great situated close to Jaffa Gate but average service
