Getting to the hotel via car took awhile in Jerusalem traffic so it was nice to be welcomed by friendly staff, early check in and free available parking. Staff (especially Daniela) were very accommodating and patient as my toddler threw a tantrum in the center of the lobby as we checked in. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast was good, nothing crazy, but definitely fresh. The location is the best you could ask for, especially with a stroller- you can walk everywhere! Very convenient and we would definitely stay there again!

MoreI enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside your door and an easy walk to the Old City. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast had a very large selection of foods. My only complaint is it took a long time for the staff to clean the rooms. I would be out all day sight seeing and get back no late afternoon and my room would still not be cleaned.

We stayed too long at this place!!! Both rooms where ok but the Bathrooms where dirty and roten, horrible, a real nightmare. All Carpets dirty as well. I don’t think I will stay in this hotel ever again, sorry
