We had a wonderful stay in Jerusalem at the Jerusalem hostel! It is not far outside the walls of the old city and is on a nice street with countless restaurants and other accommodations for travelers. We had a private ensuite room and it was very nice and included a lovely balcony from which we could sit and view the street below. A simple but good breakfast was provided free. Because we had a room facing the street and maybe because Eurovision was in Jerusalem at the time there was considerable noise from musicians performing on the street into the wee hours. But this was not too bad and our hosts even provided free foam ear plugs. Overall a great place and I would stay here again!

It was okay for one night, but I wouldn't stay again.

I find it a little bit daring that this place calls itself a hotel, although the price of my room made it clear that I should not expect too much, and to be fair, I wasn’t looking for a hotel, but the hostel rooms were already full. The room was very small, which was not a problem, though. There is no elevator, which can be quite stressful with a heavy suitcase. The wifi in my room was rather bad and I had the feeling that the curtain was trying to hide the fact that my window didn’t close properly (which I found out when it started getting cool in my room and eventually I had to wear my jacket before I turned on the heater, which didn't exactly make it my eco-friendliest night). Breakfast was in a very small room that was already cramped when I got in. Everything looked a bit chaotic and the food that I saw did not exactly look appealing. I thus decided to have breakfast somewhere else. Staff is friendly but that’s it. That being said, the building is really nice, the roof top is gorgeous and the location is great.

We recommend this wonderful hostel to everyone

We slept with my wife at Little Hotel on ul. Jaffa 40 Double room No. 52 with a balcony to the street. On Saturday evening, for some, it may be a bit loud, but for others a great atmosphere of street fun. Bathroom minimal, but sufficient. Breakfasts "continental" without special diversification, but are fresh and you can eat much. We were late for a few hours with check-out, so we are very sorry for this problem for the boy cleaning the room. Thank you for a nice stay.
