The love seat in the lobby was torn and in very bad shape. The only friendly person was George in the dining room. The food was mediocre and not much of a variety compared to the hotel we stayed in last year. I could go on but needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel.

MoreWe stayed in the Knights Palace for 2 weeks during January. The hotel is very close to the New gate. The staff was very accommodating, quickly responding to any requests we had. The place is a bit eclectic with a long history that is perfectly reflected in the decor. The rooms were comfortable, but not fancy. The meals were delightful, with lots of variety. It was a new taste experience every evening. The array of desserts on offer made it hard to chose just one. The best thing of all was meeting George, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He was so very kind and gracious to us all throughout our stay.
