I enjoyed myself. I recommend this hotel especially for families. It is very close to public transport. The market is across the road. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a lovely veranda as well.

I selected this place as it has kitchen facility and located very close to Mahane Yahuda market. Overall I am happy with service and facility provided in this apart hotel. I feel following things this hotel should have like micro wave oven, study table(i used dining as study table) and iron box.

Although I am giving this review 5 stars, it is for the type of accommodation that it is and lives up to what we were hoping for. There are nicer hotels with greater service in Jerusalem, but what you get here is top value for your money. The location is great if you want to be near walking distance to Ben Yehuda, a short block to the light rail and right across the street from Machne yehuda. It was very easy to get to the central bus station from either bus or light rail. This is a place that is good for people who are taking public transportation or walking, I would not recommend if you have a car, parking would be difficult. The area infront of the entrance is having some minor road construction, so you have to be mobile enough to walk around this. The rooms we very large, very comfortable. Great AC, good wifi. The kitchenette area has enough utensils to get by, fridge, kumkum. Minimally stocked with some coffee and tea. No elevator to top floors, so you have to carry your luggage up some stairs. The rooms were clean, but they don't make the beds everyday, but do change out the towels. Bathroom was large. Sitting area with balcony was nice. I have heard from others that they felt it was noisy, we were on the side that was opposite Agrippas street and we slept well, with bedroom door closed noise was not a problem (and I am a light sleeper, so I notice these sorts of things). The inner courtyard was very cozy and inviting, reception was polite and helpful. To me the combination of location, space, quaintness with the price makes this a real high value. For those who don't mind walking, the walk to the old city is very manageable. Being able to walk into the Shuk in the morning and get a coffee and fresh bread and fruit is something we treasure. Loved sitting on balcony in the evening and enjoy the warm Jerusalem summer nights.
