Another great hotel by Isrotel. It was our first stay at the Orient and we loved it. The whole hotel is fantastic, the staff are great and really good choice that we would highly recommend to other travellers. The hotel lobby is lovely and there is a lovely bar/ restaurant in the lobby. The rooms are great and my tip would be try to get a ground floor room as you get a private patio area too. The upstairs rooms have balconies but the patio is great. There is an indoor swimming pool too so if you are travelling in the winter you can still swim! The breakfast is a typical Israeli breakfast and has a great range of gorgeous foods Location wise the hotel is next to Emek Refaim and around a 15 minute walk to Mamilla. We loved the hotel and will def look to book again when we next visit Jerusalem.

I have stayed several times at the Orient Hotel in Jerusalem. It is well known for two things: Breakfast and a picturesque rooftop pool (open in the Summer). There are a few items that would be helpful for travelers to know before booking. First, the rooms do not have USB outlets, which means unless you have an Israeli plug or adapter, you cannot charge your electronics. Two, as is typical for Israeli hotels, there is a pool, sauna and Hamam, but no hot tub. Three, while the breakfast is extensive, the wait staff is only for cleanup and coffee orders. You must wait in line for an omelet, which is unlike most 5 Star hotels in Israel. The rooms have become dated very quickly, which is odd since it is Jerusalem's newest hotel.

Would like to thank Orient's amazing team, especially Mor (desk manager) and Hamza (restaurant) for an unforgettable stay! Start to finish, they all made sure we are having the best time and the happiest birthday celebration. Chapeau!
