This was our group's hotel in Jerusalem. We had no issues or problems with our stay. The staff was highly attentive and the accommodations were good and clean. It's not a 5-star hotel in my opinion but we would stay here again.

MoreI was with a group of 32 people touring Israel a couple of weeks ago and this was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in .... Prima Park in both Tiberius and Jerusalem! The rooms were FILTHY. The carpets were dirty, no screens in the windows, the bed linen was not changed! The bathroom shower curtains were dirty! The bathroom sink leaked water on the floor because “the sink hose came off out the wall” When I called for maintenance to “repair leak”. The guy just stuck the hose back into the wall!! He left the water on the the FLOOR and told me to call back to the front desk to have someone come to clean up the water from the floor. Called the desk again. A lady came with a towel to wipe the water from the floor and left the dirty towel on the floor under the sink!!! The staff was rude, this was a horrible experience! At Prima Park in Jerusalem it was worst! The TVs never worked, the rooms on the first floor were a disgrace! The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in years!!! The refrigerator didn’t work! Asking for ICE was out of the question! They never changed the Linen on the beds. The bathroom sink was filthy! The food was tolerable. 1 out of the 2 elevators was out of service most of the time. I even had items taken out of my suitcase that I reported to management! Nothing was done!!!!

Morei brought a group of 35 people to Jerusalem a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience at the Prima Park. It is not even a one start hotel by international standards. I have been traveling with groups for over 25 years and this is probably the worst hotel i have ever visited. The rooms on the first floor are a disgrace and the renovated rooms are filthy. Even the latest renovations on the second floor leave much to be desired. The tile floors were dirty even after renovations. The other floors are bad but the first un-renovated floor is a disgrace. One of guests even got stuck in a bathroom when the door handle fell off.
