A great location away from centre but within easy reach...especially for closeness to Shaare Tzedek Hospital. Within easy walking distance to there, although flat shoes recommended for ladies as very hilly! Also a bus stops outside hotel! Very helpful staff with good spoken English... especially Anton on reception! Car park on site. Breakfast adequate,...

I thought the hotel was ok, could have been freshened up meaning up date the room furnishings. The wait staff was ok, but the front desk people were friendly and nice. The buffet meals were good nothing really to rave about.

During my recent visit to Jerusalem I was housed at this hotel. Sadly, the facilities are in a very bad shape, especially the elevators. If you are unlucky coinciding with the arrival of groups, the waiting time to take an elevator can be up to 20 minutes. One day, I had to go down 15 floors using the stairs because the elevator never stopped on our floor or, if that was the case, was completely filled with guests. In addition, rooms seem to be dilapidated, and the food at the restaurant is just regular. Honestly, I recommend to look for other options.
