About St. George’s Cathedral Guesthouse
The guest house has a long tradition dating back to 1923 of hosting pilgrims in the holy land, which it continues today with a warm and inviting atmosphere, spacious rooms and a beautiful communal garden.
St. George’s Cathedral Guesthouse is located on Nablus Road in East Jerusalem. It is just a 5-minute walk from the Old City and 10-15 minutes from the city center.

It is located close to the old city which can easily be walked to. Very close to the trolley and a bus drives by door. The breakfast has a couple of hot items, one of which changes from time to time. Plenty of cold selections, fruit, juice, and pita. Very adequate to get the day started.

MoreThis is lovely place to stay, so it is a pity that the breakfast offering is so poor. There is very little put out, no fresh pastries, a token attempt at salad (chopped cucumber and tomatoes), and the coffee comes from an ageing machine. There is little/no attempt at any variety so if you are staying for a few days its going to be pretty much the same. nnIt is obvious penny pinching, which is a pity, because for a little extra cost and effort it could be so much better .
