Great atmosphere in a great location

We stayed here for the fourth time and we're looking forward to coming back again. The Scots is located in an unique location, viewing the Old City. the characteristic building radiates an atmosphere of history. The people are very friendly; reception, restaurent and cleaning staff all together. Strongly recommend!

This was our first visit to the Holy Land for a 70th birthday celebration; we loved the Hotel, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable accommodation, quiet location, exceptional views across to the Old City and secluded garden. We would recommend the Hotel for all ages, as British tourists, it was special being Scottish; we attended a lovely church service in the chapel, such a fitting memorial for Scottish soldiers.

This was my first visit to Israel. I chose this hotel because of its distinct architecture and convenient location (only a 10-minute walk to the Old City of Jerusalem). Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was very generous with lots of freshly baked breads/pastries, a nice variety of local fruit, and the best capuccinos ever! The staff was quite helpful in arranging a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant (Cafe Asia) and my taxi to the airport. The only small drawback is that there is no elevator in this hotel. Overall, I had a most pleasant stay and definitely recommend this place.
