Lovely hotel, within 15 mins walk to Al Aqsa Mosque, located on a quiet side street. The hotel service is good, we went half board as was during Ramadan. The service and food quality was good, especially the fruits, lovely water melons. The hotel has a rooftop pool accessible to all, lovely views

Basic Hotel. Food was OK. Close to the Old City.9

We stayed in this hotel with friends while we were in Jerusalem and despite it looking good on the website it left us disappointed. It is tired and needs a revamp. Our friends' room was without hot water one day and power another day with little explanation for this inconvenience. The wifi was unreliable. The breakfast room was chaos. Most tourists were wanting breakfast before heading off at 8am and the breakfast room could not accommodate everyone at once. The set up for food was also very disorganised causing people to be running from one side of the room clutching bread to the other side of the room to toast the bread Choice of foods was certainly not of the standard we had had in other hotels. People on duty in the breakfast room were generally unhelpful especially when it came to getting a coffee. However it is in a convenient position and walking distance to Old Jerusalem.
