We only spent one night here which was fine but this is not a posh establishment. The room was comfortable but very basic. The shower was good but the water leaked everywhere so that the entire bathroom floor became a slip hazard. The inclusive breakfast was nice with a lovely salad selection, fruit and a couple of hot options. The guy on reception when we arrived was lovely. Really helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is not much to write home about but I’ve definitely stayed in worse. The location is pretty good as it’s a lively area with loads of bars and shops and only a 15 minute walk to the old city. If it’s just one night and you’re not looking to impress then this place is cheap and does the job

The hotel is near the old city but we came at night and left at morning because of the bad treatment we had. The front desk man was violent as he was shouting on us even as we were with small kids. Also, you don't have place to park, no elevator (the lobby is floor and more ahead and the first floor is another floor and more). This place in no suits for kids, the rag at the room floor is dirty and the roof have moisture and is peeling down.

Awful room, great balcony, perfect location

Situated at the heart of Jerusalem, in walking distance to most attractions and Old City this hotel has the perfect location but the rooms really sucks. Liked the balcony although there’s only room for one person.
