MoreI could ignore the tiny room cluttered with stored stuff from the hotel, even the lack of “included “ breakfast in the deal. But when booking out and not able to find anyone to leave key with I was rudely told after 30 mins waiting to sit down and wait till they had finished talking to their colleague. Avoid ( I don’t normally write reviews but this experience was pretty awful) Avoid !

MoreIt was on of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Manager and his employees are seriously unprofessional and in my option their acts are just ridiculous. We had to flee the country due to the coronavirus outbreak and even though we payed for the 7 days, we were in hotel just for 2. They didn’t want to return any money and treated us in a really humiliating way. Their excuses were just wrong and plain false. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at those thieves hotel. Moreover, the walls in the hotel are really thin and it’s impossible to sleep without the earplugs. I’m not even exaggerating. It’s really impossible to sleep there. Stay away from this piece of S “hotel”.
LessThe location is brilliant. The rooms are a bit sad - in a sense they need some redecorating and perhaps some new duvets. Our extra duvet seemed a little mouldy. The room was super cold when we arrived but zircon worked and it got warmer. The bathroom is rather simple but water is hot....
MoreThe location is brilliant. The rooms are a bit sad - in a sense they need some redecorating and perhaps some new duvets. Our extra duvet seemed a little mouldy. The room was super cold when we arrived but zircon worked and it got warmer. The bathroom is rather simple but water is hot. The quality of sleep was good, the bed was comfortable - I am just not sure why there was a massive fridge in the room. Wifi worked well and breakfast spread was good. The staff members were lovely during check in and on the second day as well. However, during check out we were misinformed rather grossly. The person said sheruts did not work on Saturdays and that we would come back not fining a sherut to tell him he was right. A little cheeky for my liking and besides the hotel should have accurate information. Sheruts do work during Shabat - they are a wee bit more expensive but they do work and no prior reservation was necessary. Also, I suggest the hotel staff reinforce themselves where sheruts leave from on Saturdays as information given was also incorrect. This was one person though, the other members of staff were very helpful.
