Real Estate in Jerusalem: the investment of the future!

Jerusalem has a rich history that makes even New York pale in comparison. Hence, no wonder that there are plenty of ambitious real estate projects that are currently stand in different stages of creation: from planning to acquiring the necessary authorizations, the construction process or marketing the new project for inhabiting the advanced living spaces. 

In this review we'll go over some of the most exciting initiatives, crafted by the greatest entrepreneurs and that must be in the eye-sight of the greatest investors or anyone who would love to keep up with the best opportunities in the city.

The overall development of the city is going hand-in-hand with plenty of restoration projects, such as the Cardo Road, unraveled and reconstructed. Additionally, plenty of housing projects are being initiated in newly built areas, as well renewing old buildings for adding few stories, balconies, elevators, underground parking lots and other elements that significantly improves the quality of life for the residents. For instance, new construction at Davidka Square will create a 30-stories tower with 170 apartments as a refurbishing initiative. This project was recently authorized, despite some objections from different parties.

J19 Boutique Residence
