Tourist Information Center at Yitzhak Navon train station
This new tourist information center is located near the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, the International Convention Center, and the new Yitzhak Navon train station. Tourists will find plenty of information on things to do and the ways to get around Jerusalem – available in a variety of languages.

Tourist Information Center in the Old City
The center in the Old City offers free maps, brochures, information on tours as well as friendly advice from knowledgeable staff. Located just inside Jaffa Gate, the offices are well located and easy to find.

Jerusalem Christian Information Center
A great resource for Christian travelers and pilgrims, this information center provides recommendations for Christian-oriented accommodation, Christian tours, pilgrimage sites, and church mass times.
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 am on. Closed on Sunday.

Tourist Information Center in the City Center
In addition, in the center of the city, you will find the information center of Jerusalem Tours – the tourism information office and travel agency located on Jaffa Road.
The office will be happy to provide you with information that will help you plan your stay. They have a multilingual staff who will be happy to give you advice on the attractions and tours available to you. You can also collect maps of the city and even book accommodation or change the date of your flight ticket.

Tourist Information at Ben Gurion Airport
Tourists that arrive via Ben Gurion Airport can get a head start on their trip and obtain helpful tourist information at a stand right by the luggage pick-up belt. The stand is manned by personnel and there are also pamphlets and maps available.
