The Abu Ali restaurant is one of the oldest hummus shops in the Old City that offers hummus that is very different from the hummus in the west of the city in terms of texture and taste. The place has existed for over 60 years and Abu-Ali's children and grandchildren have been managing the place for about 30 years.
