The dishes include pastas, pizza, fish and salads and are lovingly prepared with fresh quality ingredients by the owner and chef, Shuki Shukrun. The decor is stylish yet understated with classic wooden furniture and there is art on the walls by local artists that gets rotated monthly. Al Dente is divided into a cozy indoor section and a fresh covered porch section as you walk in. The restaurant has a good wine selection and is the perfect place to linger over a meal and glass of wine with someone special.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Dairy Italian food. Majority of the dishes are great, a few is not, but still - not a perfect restaurant, but a whole nice experience. Highly Recommended

As always, this is one of our favorite places in Jerusalem. The chef is excellent, both the salad and pasta dish were extremely fresh and delicious. Our waitresses were excellent. The cozy atmosphere here is delightful.
