Though she's trained a talented kitchen staff, Miriam Binyamin, the original Mom, is still known to cook at the restaurant even today preparing her signature simple, but tasty Mediterranean and Middle Eastern classics.

At Ima, you'll find all your Mediterranean and Middle Eastern favorites, including kubeh soup (meat or vegetarian), stuffed vegetables, salads and main courses like the fish of the day, Middle Eastern meatballs, chicken skewers, schnitzel, Jerusalem mix grill and much more. Lunch is a popular hour at Ima thanks to the generous business lunch deal, but don't be shy about stopping by for dinner with friends or even a date and pairing your meal with a nice bottle of wine from the restaurant's choice collection.
