The flagship is the excellent hamburger, which was crowned as the best burger in Israel in a number of competitions. Iwo's is controversial in Jerusalem, and is one of the few places in the city where cheeseburgers and bacon toppings are available. The source is the mother shop – the nearby Iwo Meat Deli. Although it is fast-food, Iwo’s could easily qualify be a main course in many upscale restaurants.
