A true meat feast!
A unique culinary show featuring seven courses of smoked meats, served in a sharing style, each prepared using different smoking and grilling .techniques and accompanied by delicious sides
Throughout the evening, before each course, the Pitmaster rings the bell to grab your attention and present the next dish, while sharing how it was prepared. You’ll get to see the entire process live in our open kitchen.

Sunday – Wednesday: 8:00 PM
Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 9:15 PM
Saturday night (winter hours only): 9:15 PM

Good to Know

The restaurant does not have a fixed menu -dishes change nightly .according to the Pitmaster’s decision
Seating style -guests are seated at shared “banquet tables” according to the restaurant’s arrangements.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available by prior notice only.
4 hours of free parking (at HaLeom Parking) with validation from the host at the end of the evening.
Dinner seating is limited to up to 30 guests per reservation.
Private events for larger groups can also be arranged at the restaurant
