On Sundays and Wednesdays there is a salad buffet and free antipasti with every steak. The restaurant has formed part of the Jerusalem landscape for a decade. The owner, Yossi Wanch, worked as a butcher in New York and opened a restaurant in Manhattan, giving him invaluable experience in the world of meat. Service is American style. The Red Heifer Steakhouse is kosher.
