Shipudei Hagefen (“Grapevine Skewers” in English) offers fine, authentic Israeli food in a unique atmosphere. The restaurant is run and owned by Tzion Anavim (Anavim are "grapes" in english, hence the name of the restaurant), who has 23 years of experience and expertise in the catering business. Famous for its stuffed vegetables and vine leaves, the menu is rich and varied and includes excellent falafel, high quality meat, kubeh soup, Yemenite pitas and up to 20 different kinds of salads. The restaurant offers wheelchair access and attracts a varied clientele. It is known for its special atmosphere with original wall murals and warm, friendly service. For special occasions and for groups of up to 150 people, the restaurant can cater buffet-style “all you can eat” with entertainment by an in-house singer.
