Skyline Restaurant is strictly supervised by the OU Glatt Mehadrin and Rabbinate Mehadrin, and all meats are strictly kosher.
All dishes are created from fresh, high-quality ingredients: from the loaves of bread and dips to the desserts. Here you can enjoy fresh, fine, completely homemade food.
CELEBRATE PRIVATE EVENTS AT SKYLINE RESTAURANT
The exclusive restaurant, located on the roof of the hotel, overlooks spectacular panoramic views of the city – all of which provide the perfect environment for small and intimate private events. The menu is led by chef Danny Aviv, who enriches each dish with his unique touch and experience.
The events menu at the restaurant is Glatt Mehadrin and Rabbinate Mehadrin kosher.
At the Skyline Restaurant, you can celebrate a private, completely closed event suited for 80 guests, a partially closed up event for up to 40 guests, and on the terrace (in the summer) – up to 40 guests.
The restaurant and hotel staff will accompany you throughout the planning and hosting of the event, from the process of choosing the concept up to the festive day itself that will delight each guest and the hosts.
Here you can hold a wedding, a brit, Shabbat Chatan, Bar Mitzvah, and Bat Mitzvah, and corporate events, such as launch and gala gatherings on the terrace or in the restaurant space.
