Located on the fourth floor of the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem and overlooking the city’s breathtaking skyline, The Terrace is now open not only to hotel guests, but to anyone looking for a unique culinary experience.
What’s on the Menu? The Mediterranean Meets Mexico
Executive Chef Itzik Barak Mizrahi continues to lead the restaurant’s refined and much-loved Mediterranean culinary style, but this year brings an intriguing new twist: a selection of dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine, created in collaboration with premium tequila brand Patrón.
The menu is based entirely on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and offers a wide variety of options, including vegan and gluten-free dishes. Cigar lovers can also enjoy a selection of premium cigars.
Mixology with a View
You can’t talk about The Terrace without mentioning the bar. The hotel’s mixology team has also partnered with Patrón to create a cocktail menu perfectly suited to Jerusalem’s summer atmosphere - from the classic Paloma and Wild Paloma to the Old Smoky and the refreshing Margarita Verde.
The Atmosphere: An Enchanting Garden Overlooking the Old City Walls
The Terrace’s design draws inspiration from a Mediterranean garden. Surrounded by olive trees, lush greenery and warm lighting, guests can enjoy an open kitchen and bar that let you watch the magic happen right before your eyes - with a chilled cocktail in hand and that unmistakable Jerusalem breeze in the air.
