Zuta is one of Jerusalem’s upscale cocktail bar scene, operating alongside the popular fine dining kosher restaurant 1868. Their impressive cocktail menu, tailored with the help of a professional mixologist.

.Zuta complements the cocktails with a classy, intimate atmosphere featuring antique cocktail tools and liquor bottles as decorations, romantic lighting and a jazzy playlist. Zuta's cocktails are made up of a mix of classic cocktails and original creations that run the gamut of tastes and are made from only the highest quality fresh ingredients

Try refreshing citrus-based concoctions like the French 75 (champagne, gin and lemon juice), smoked margarita (the traditional Mexican cocktail infused with agave syrup and a dash of smoky scotch) and blood orange swizzle (Bacardi superior, fresh lime and Zuta's homemade tiki bitter blood orange syrup), or go old school with classics like a dry martini with your choice of gin, an old fashioned with small-batch bourbon or the New Orleans favorite Sazerac (Dupuy coganc, early times and peychauds bitters).

If you fancy a bite to eat with your cocktail(s), Zuta has a small, but more than adequate menu of nibbles and appetizer-sized dishes, and during restaurant hours, you can partake in 1868's full dinner menu. Some of the highlights from the cocktail menu include veal short-ribs and potato gnocchi, homemade preserved tuna with poached egg and dried tomatoes, sirloin with a peanut sauce and a rib-eye sandwich. For those with a sweet tooth, there is Valrhona chocolate mousse, berry panna cotta and sticky toffee cake.

Food was decent and overpriced. Sushi was mediocre. Place is pretty well designed. Service could be better, to say the least. They were pretty busy when we were there. Took them 20 minutes to take our order and another 20...

I've been here several times in the past, but this last time was not good. We sat outside where the music was very loud. I asked them to turn it down and they told me they already had, which seemed like an odd answer. The...
