I get a lot of massages and love to get them when traveling. 99% of massages I get are deep tissue and I always ask for deep pressure. My experience sits as the worst massage I have ever had. I’m not actually sure the masseuse knew what he was doing. It seemed like he was making it up as he went. At one point he pinched my big toe incredibly hard - said it was a pressure point - well maybe it is a pressure point but he cracked my big toe nail and I’m now losing the entire nail. The locker room is just bizarre - every surface is covered in mirrors so even if you turn to face your locker to change, your entire body is reflected. Spa ambiance is terrible - and the Turkish spa which I had been excited about was terrible. Save your money (and your toes).

The hotel 10 points and the Spa area was even better- not only did I find it super nice and original but the staff of the fitness area was also very knowledgeable. I had great assessment specially from one of the Trainers, Mark Yakovenko- great guy

The Hamam only works 20 percent of the time

The Hamam is a big selling point but it only works properly 20% of the time. Forewarned is forearmed do when you book you might want to ask about this. The hotel is quite nice however if you want a soothing Turkish Hamam as advertised you might be disappointed.
