The Hamam only works 20 percent of the time

The Hamam is a big selling point but it only works properly 20% of the time. Forewarned is forearmed do when you book you might want to ask about this. The hotel is quite nice however if you want a soothing Turkish Hamam as advertised you might be disappointed.

Very nice and helpful receptionist, facilities are very nice except I wouldn’t waste my money on the watsu pool, this oversized pool is neither a pool or jacuzzi, not hot enough I would say water was max 90 degrees and there was no bench to sit. We had couples massage and I hate to say this because the masseuse were sweet but the massages were really not good. Facilities are clean and staff the staff are all very nice.

The people there is so rude and everything is overpriced for what they offer, horrible experience not coming back for sure asking 120€ for going to a pool.
