Super nice owners, the beer is excellent, very good food, cool music. Prices are ok as well. We really enjoyed it :)
BeerBazaar
Craft Beers at the Market
Perhaps the trendiest place in the city to buy your brews. BeerBazzar has quickly made a name for itself and it is considered a craft beer institution in Israel. During the day, the place functions as a store or even a nice hangout spot, where you can relax, sip a craft beer, and grab a bite to eat. When the night falls, BeerBazzar takes over the adjacent market streets and transforms into a nightlife institution with lectures, live shows, and of course, LOTS of beer. The bar’s location, at Machane Yehuda Market, adds a colorful and magical ambiance to your night and promises freshness and quality to everything you find on the menu.
BeerBazaar in Machane Yehuda Market stocks over 100 bottled Israeli microbrews of all tastes, types, and regions – from the Golan Heights to the Negev. To top it all off, the staff is passionate about beer and more than happy to advise and help you choose the brews that fit your tastes.
On the Menu
The menu at BeerBazaar changes every month, offering new and interesting surprises every time. Be sure to find draft beer, bottled craft beers, a variety of soft drinks, the house wine, whiskey, and a diverse food menu with kosher meat sandwiches and wraps, beef jerky, hummus, and other delicious snacks that go hand in hand with a cold and refreshing beer. They even have some sinful desserts like s’mores pie and cinnamon-spiced churros.

Beer Workshops

In these workshops you will learn about the beginning of beer production in Israel (and abroad), the process of producing beer, the differences between the types of beers, what makes IPA beer so popular, and of course, you’ll enjoy tastings of various types of beers as well.

My guess is the craft brew revolution hasn’t quite crossed over to the Middle East, in which case Hebrew brewing is ahead of its time. Like many breweries in beer starved areas, they focus on the basics, and that may disappoint devout enthusiasts, but those with a basic appreciation will be satisfied. Not sure if there is any single beer I would recommend—they are all good enough. More than anything, HB affords one the opportunity to wet whistles while exploring the really fascinating area.

They have options of "flights" of beer as well as by the 1/3, 1/2 or full pint. The menu is limited but quite good. I had the fish and chips for one visit (above average), and the hummus and pita bread during my second visit (very good). American pita bread will never taste the same again for me after this visit.
