The gym exercise machines include: treadmills, running and workout tracks with touchscreens, bikes, elliptical/cross-trainers, weights, and muscular strength equipment (abdomen, chest, shoulder, legs, and more). Inbal's fitness center provides experienced fitness instructors that would be happy to answer your questions and help you with your exercises and workout routines. You can also book a 50-minute personal training session, at any hour of the day, for 150 ILS.
