The newly minted Jerusalem Arena is slated to become Jerusalem's premiere venue for sporting events. In addition to being the new home of Hapoel Jerusalem's basketball team, the city plans to use the state-of-the-art arena to host international sporting events of the Israeli national tennis and gymnastics teams.
The venue is also designed to host major concerts and performances by Israeli and international artists, cultural and family festivals and conferences, exhibitions and other events of all sizes.
