Oter Israel is one of the most highly regarded producers in the world of teffilin, Torah scrolls and other Judaica in accordance with all types of Jewish traditions. All of their work is performed by ordained scribes and highly trained professionals and takes place under meticulous supervision to ensure the kashrut and quality of their scrolls.

The Oter Israel Factory Shop

Located in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Givat Shaul, the Oter Israel factory shop sells a wide variety of Judaica, including mezuzas and cases, ketubot (marriage contracts), talitot (prayer shawls), shofars, menorahs, unique art and inscription tools.

However, the highlight is definitely the factory itself, where Oter Israel’s dedicated staff inscribes teffilin, mezuza and Torah scrolls, manufactures teffilin boxes (batim) and other accessories and assembles teffilin. Also on the premises, you can find the proofreading office, which specializes in inspecting and corrects ancient Torah scrolls.
