One of the most amazing museum with good written and good audio. Exhibitions are very organized and I highly recommend it! However, the cafe staff are absolutely horrible the wanted to charge me 10 Nib (about $3!!!) for tiny bit of hot water in my OWN cup!! That’s just crazy! It’s really unacceptable and unheard of! And they are just too rude! Museum should change that! Also I had to change my audio guide 3 times for it to work! These things really effect your overall experience. Also echoing what other negative review mentioned, the museum and specially cafe staff were just a bit too aggressive and unfriendly. The museum itself is amazing though and I hope the management provide more training for staff specially cafe staff! Hot Water is provided for free almost in all respected places all over the world!! That’s totally ridiculous to charge for this!

Worth a return visit -any time you have. The Gurlitt collection show which is closing soon, and the newly opened Ruslan are fascinating.

World Class Museum

This is a relatively new museum and yet it had amassed a world class collection of unique antiquities as well as more recent works. The design of the museum, both the grounds and the interior is exquisite. I will return to Jerusalem just to spend much more time here.
