Zion Square is the main plaza in Jerusalem's city center. Situated at the junction of three main shopping and restaurant feeder streets - Ben Yehuda Street, Jaffa Street, and Yoel Salomon Street - Zion Square is a happening meeting place for all types.
Zion Square is one of the light rail stops on Jaffa Street, and as such, it was part and parcel of the municipality’s upgrade to all city center streets in conjunction with the light rail construction. The refurbished Zion Square has a cleaner, more expansive feel, only enhanced that much more by the Mashbir haTzarhan department store and luxury apartment complex at the square.
