After four wildly successful years of the Tel Aviv Cocktail Festival, The Alchemist is coming to Jerusalem with a colorful, magical and wonderfully crazy ALICE IN WONDERLAND-inspired edition!

On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the HaBustan venue in Abu Ghosh will be transformed for the occasion and host the biggest mixology event of the year, produced by The Alchemist and HaKerem.

This one-of-a-kind journey of flavors brings together leading international spirits brands, culinary creativity and an unforgettable festive atmosphere at the gateway to Jerusalem.

Festival guests will enjoy a selection of 20 unique cocktails served across 20 exclusive bars - with 20 full-sized cocktails for every guest. Expect everything from classic drinks with an innovative twist to molecular creations and decadent cocktails featuring chocolate, coffee, herbs and more.

Alongside the cocktail experience, the venue will come alive with more than 10 shows and interactive experiences, including the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, a White Rabbit Hole VR experience, a psychedelic cocktail zone, mixology workshops and a rich food area.

During the final two hours of the night, starting at 11:00 PM, the festival will shift gears and turn into a high-energy music party across two separate stages, featuring a leading DJ lineup.

For guests’ convenience, discounted shuttles from central Jerusalem to the festival will be available with advance registration.

Please note: Entry is for ages 18+ only, and tickets will not be sold at the venue - advance booking is highly recommended.
